Refurbishment of a 140 sqm apartment within a prestigious Chelsea Harbour. The brief was to transform an existing two bedroom property and achieve a simplified sense of calm, rather than having something that feels cluttered. To achieve this aim EMITOM first went about reconfiguring the floor plan.
The now highly functional contemporary three bedroom apartment showcases a seamless amalgamation of design eras, both internally and externally. The overall Color palette exudes luxury with soft shades of grey complementing tactile elements throughout apartment.
